Privacy Policy

1520840 B.C. Ltd. ("we") operates AppInspected. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how long we keep it. We follow British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where it applies, Canada's PIPEDA.
What we collect
- Addresses you check. The web address you submit, used only to run the check. Free check results are shown to you and not stored.
- Your IP address. Used to limit how many checks one network can run per hour. Rate-limit records expire after about one hour.
- Your email, if you join the early-access list. Used only to tell you when paid plans open, and for the plan you chose.
- Usage counts. A daily count of checks run and how many found critical issues, with no link to any person or site.
- For paid reports, when offered: billing details handled by our payment provider (we never see full card numbers), the app you own, and the code or data access you grant. Code and data accessed for a report are deleted within 7 days after the report is delivered.
What we don't do
We don't sell personal information. We don't use cookies for advertising or tracking. We never use or store in full any secret key our checks find.
Who processes data for us
Our site and checks run on Cloudflare, which may process data in data centres outside Canada. When paid plans launch, payments will be handled by a payment processor named here before launch. These providers process data only on our instructions.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can leave the early-access list at any time. To make a request, contact our privacy contact below. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
Security
We limit access to personal information to what's needed to run the Service and protect it with reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure.
Changes
We'll post updates here and change the effective date. For material changes, we'll notify people on our lists by email.
